Videos under "Photos" show they are in cloud but can not download them

when I click on them it just never loads. And I have a great connection. I've tried this for about a week now. Am I doing something wrong? Attached is a screen shot of what I'm talking about

I've got the same issue for photos.
Tried turning photo sharing off then on again with no luck
