videos will not play, youtube, photo gallery etc

when i try to play a video, the sound plays but the picture doesnt change from the first frame in the video. Also looks like the youtube app is in landscape when the phone is upright and does not change when the phone is rotated.


Iphone 4 ATT, Greenpoisen jb, 4.2.1

Has anyone else ran into this?
