Universal Videoshop - Video Editor Helpppp!!!!

Hey Guys!!
I have came across this app, and have done some research. From all the reviews the app seem robust and the best among video editing apps but the only confusion I have is that, the ad-ons (in-app purchases) that includes:
Bags of Tokens
Chest of Tokens
Suitcase of Tokens
are these one time purchases? or do i need to purchase these again and again??

PS: I have read many reviews, even one i found quite detailed, link here: https://iosappers.com/app/videoshop-video-editor-review/
but even they haven't mentioned the nature of in-app purchases and what additional features it could provide. Any help would be much appreciated as I am in immediate need of making a decision.
