Vidock question

I was looking into these a bit. Kind of a lot of money although they look cool.

Wondering if one of these wold work on my late 2008 macbook pro? It doesn't have the thunderbolt port though.

If it has an expresscard port then there are options for you.

That said, the idea of an external GPU is great but I have never been able to get mine to work the 5 times I tried it. I ended up selling it last year. They can be super finicky and the time and effort just wasn't worth it to me.

If you feel like you have the patience and skill to get one working properly they really are cool though.
