View a mac os x drive on a shared windows pc

Ok so i have a 250gb external drive connected to a windows pc. The drive is split in 2, a mac partition (used for time machine, when i connect to mac) and a windows partition for my dad.
I am wondering if it is at all possible to see this drive on my mac whilst being connected to my dads pc without reformatting the drive to windows.

You need to purchase software called macdrive to do that.
