view .abbu & .vcf file without importing it

I am looking for an old address that may be in an older .abbu or .vcf file I have backed up. I want to read the data inside without importing the addresses into AddressBook since it will mess everything up.

Is this possible?

EDIT: I can open vcf in text edit. Now for abbu.
