View CSV file on iPhone

Hey All.

Looking for a free app or solution to be able to read a .csv file on the iphone.

I have a .csv file on my macbook that has passwords on it.

I want to be able to have a copy on my iphone.

I do not wish to use any online storage.

As I can password protect my iphone, it does not need to be encrypted on iphone, but would be nice.

I could use a password storage app, but not sure if any are good
