View iPhone on Mac

I have an old iPhone 3G which never gets used and i wish to use it as an iPod in my Docking Station. The only problem is that the screen doesn't work. So i cannot press play on the phone. How can I set up VNC on my mac without touching the phone? The phone is running the latest version for its model which is 4.2.1. I am an experienced hacker so jailbreaking is no problem. I don't know how to ssh into my phone without open ssh from cydia.

Any help would be appreciated.

you might want to get an old 3G from someone to replace yours then use that for an ipod. My wife has an old 3g and is using that for an ipod as her new phone is not an apple product. (company phone)
