View Iphone on MacBook

I need to be able to display my Iphone screen for a demostration.

I have seen a demo with a nokia using bluetooth so that the projector could be plugged into a computer and the computer screen displayed the nokia screen.

is there something similar that i can use for an Iphone?

VNC is great but the sampling rate for video feed is so slow. You can use DemoGod (as viewer on your Mac) and ScreenSplitr on your jailbroken iPhone. The only problem, this is available for viewing only but yes, the streaming is a little faster.
