Does anyone know of a way to view shared iPhoto libraries on a Windows PC?

Use iPhotoWebShare, (donationware)

installed on your Mac, and install Safari on your PC. Your iPhoto share will show in the Bonjour tab. Easy. It works whether iPhoto is running or not.
