View Moving GIF like in Windows

Is the a way (a program) that you can view moving GIF images on Mac besides putting it in a PowerPoint? When using Preview you need to scroll through the different frames but they don't play like they do in Windows.

The fastest way is to just drag it onto a browser icon in your Dock...

Or drop it on QuickTime Player--then you can not only play it, but also pause and scrub back and forth, unlike in a browser.

xee is a good solution. it's light, fast, and can do many things and show many information like resolution, amount of frames in a gif, etc.
