Just happen to be curious if anybody knows of some tricky way to extract the source from a currently-displayed page in Camino WITHOUT reloading the page. When you select "View Source" from the menus or right-click menu, it actually goes and re-retrieves a copy of the page to display the source.
This can occasionally be an issue with viewing the source of pages that don't like being reloaded, although in my case the issue is that I spent quite some time dinking around with Javascript debugging, and then managed to stupidly overwrite the file on disk. I actually have the functioning page open in Camino, but there's no way to get at the source to save my work.
I assume it's a lost cause, since I already checked the cache folder--no HTML saved, that I can see, anyway--view source just comes up with a "file not found" error, and doing a 'save page' does nothing at all, I presume since there's nothing to save now, and it's trying to re-retrieve the page.
Ugh.
