View properties of photos in the photo app?

I was looking to see the date I took a picture in my photos app and couldn't seem to figure out how to view the date in which it was taken

This is probably simple but i cant figure it out.. Help?

The properties are viewable after downloading them to a software program that support the feature, such as iPhoto.

There are iPhone Apps that have the properties feature, but I don't believe it's in the native Photo app.

anyone know the name of some apps that will do that?

I searched "photo info" in the app store, and this looks like it gives you access to all of the EXIF data.
