HI MacRumors!

Apologies if this has been posted before but I can not find anything.

I was wondering if it is possible to view the contents of my Time Capsule online? I always bring my MacBook to work and watch videos during my lunch hour etc and it would be nice to connect to the Time Capsule so I have my entire library available. If it isn't possible then I will just continue to pull shows off the Time Capsule back to the MacBook.

Thanks in advance!

Liam

You can't do that if you use it as a TimeMachine backup. You'd have to set it up as a media server. But you'd lose your backup feature.

That's not true. You can use it as both a file server and a backup drive using the built in drive. You can also seperate the two using an externally attached USB drive. If you set up mobileme on it, you can access the files on the Time Capsule from anywhere you have internet access.
