What is the best way to view a video's ABR? All the threads I am finding are using QT but it looks like the way to do it through QT has been removed in QT.

Does the Movie Inspector (CMD+I) in QuickTime 7 or QuickTime X not work for your?

That pulls up the total data rate, which also includes audio.

What I have read is you want to do a Command + J which would be Windows / Show Movie Properties from the menu bar. THe average bit rate would be under the data rate of the Video Track. Which it appears that this was part of an older version of QT.
