Viewing files from USB, nothing on hard drive after?

If I use a USB flash drive, look at pictures and movies, is there any record of it on the hard drive after that like there is when you look at Internet sites? I guess it will show up on recent items, but if I clear that is there any record of it? Trying to get the porn off my computer if you're curious. No more of that for me. Thanks.

You can turn off recent items so you don't forget. No trace of the porn will be on your hard drive. Just don't forget to clean off the keyboard.
