Hi people. If I view my porn (just be honest) on an external USB drive or some other external drive that goes through my USB port, is there any record of it after I'm done on my computer? I just want a clean computer these days because I'm not 18 anymore when it didn't matter. I don't want porn on it and assume it will not show up if I view it and then remove the USB drive? In contrast to when you view websites and it stores that stuff.

I have a MacBook Pro.

Thanks.

If you visit those sites, sooner or later it's not the porn you have to worry about. You will be crying that your computer is acting up doing this and that...

It will be visible in the recent items field of the Apple menu and the application you used.

Individual programs can keep a cache of files / sites you've been viewing. Those may still be around depending how long the apps set them to stick around.

I don't plan on visiting the sites anymore after I install a new hard drive. So as long as I clear the menu for recent items, am I good? Even if I didn't do that, it wouldn't be able to access the file because the drive was no longer attached to the USB port, right?

Thanks.
