Viewing I Web designs outside of Iweb

I want to send an Iweb 09 design to someone. However, he is a Windows user. Is there a way to send iweb designs in an email as a file attachment for people who don't have Iweb to view it.
 
Use the "Publish to Folder" option in iWeb, then zip it up and email it as an attachment.
