Is there a way to view my messages so that instead of having my "from" above and the message below, I can view them side by side???

Thanks.

Frank

There's a hack for this... I'm not sure what it's called as I've never been interested in it myself.

Er, I'll try to track it down, meanwhile, I'll use my nifty ESP powers to call upon WildCowboy whom I'm fairly sure knows what it's called. :p

>>?? do u mean the layout like outlook 2003?<<

That's what I'm looking for.

I'll give it a try.

I wonder if Leopard will support the horizontal view??

Thanks.

btw, is it easy to switch back and forth. I'll use an Apple Cinema monitor at home, but at the office, I'll have my Mac Book Pro only.

if u find mail.app plugin being unstable, u can always try mozilla thunderbird, it has vertical view u can access through View menu.

Unfortunately its very slow...and I think that its good for people to become accustomed to Apple Mail as (for most people's purposes) come October, it will be far superior, especially with the speed increase...

very slow referring to mail.app's plugin?

as for OP's problem, im not sure if mail.app in leopard will help.
Altho I can't speculate on future product, the mail.app now lacks some features and is slow in receiving mails.
