I am still unable to do this, im starting to think I must be doing something wrong so can someone please explain it to me step by step?

as far as im aware i have, when I click to look at my details it shows my number so i think ive done it right
 
O2 online billing system has always sucked, I had an O2 contract about 4 years ago and it's not changed as far as I can tell...

And their site gives you **** about Camino being outdated! *pffft*
 
Just curious… have you tried it in any other browsers?

Tried firefox and safari (through my iphone) no joy,

I have notiiced on the o2 page that it says my Cipher Strength should be 128 and mine says its 256.

I have no idea what this means but im gonna blame this. :confused:
 
I've always been annoyed with the O2 contract bill section on their site. It takes about 10 clicks etc to even get the page up. Annoying how you can't find out easily on your phone.. Have to do it online.
 
Hey,

I had a smiliar issue, then I think it wasn't updating correctly... Well, on both occasions I used their online help thing to contact an o2 rep, each time (within 24 hours) they fixed the problem and now I'm always using it.

Since they fixed my problems it's worked a treat and never been a problem

had exactly the same problem, would just reload the previous page.
had to ring them up and get it sorted, i suggest you do the same! works perfectly now :)
