Viewing Onlint Tv In Iphone?

My girl just bought a 3G. She is from Vietnam and when on her computer, watches online TV from sites like http://vietnamlive.tv (Vietnamese programing).

When we view this site on the iPhone, the programs do not play. I am not sure if we need a player download of some kind (Quicktime, Flash or Other).

The videos are more than likely flash-based. The iPhone doesn't have flash.
