Hello, Is it possible to view some items in folders in different view options?
For example, I want to view items in some folders in list view and some in cover flow. At the moment it seems to be when I select a certain view that all folder items are viewed in that option.
Many Thanks!
:)

i dont believe you can do that. although the shortcuts are hardly that hard to remember; command 1 -> command 4 for the different viewing options...

You can. Go to Macintosh HD, set the view options in there to the view you'd like to use the most. Then go to the specific folders that you want to use Coverflow in (for example) and apply the view changes on those.

The reason for going to the Macintosh HD first is because that will filter your view options throughout the whole OS. Then by going to specfic folders it will change those to what you want, whilst leaving others untouched.

If that makes sense.
