I just installed Leopard. Browsing around the web and when I got to a pdf web page I was prompted to find a pdf viewer. It will not allow me to select "preview". Anybody have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Fixed it

I found that there was a adobe pdf plugin still installed in Safari from my upgrade. I deleted it and all is fine.

i'm having this issue you, please post resolution.

Do a search for AdobePDFViewer.plugin and delete it. It should be(if this is your problem) in : Macintosh HD >Library > internet Plug-Ins

i did that but it didn't really work i just see that spinning wheel. i haven't been able to open a pdf since i got it. PDFs in safari 2 were horrible and i thought that would have fixed it. now all i can do is dl them.

I assume you restarted Safari after you deleted the file?
