Viewing photos from iCloud on iPhone

So I uploaded some photos to my iCloud.com in iDrive from my pc, how do I view them on my iPhone and iPad?

You can do something similar via Photo Stream: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486
Photos put into Photo Stream on your PC should appear on your phone if set up as described.
