Vine question about audio

Anyone use this who could help?

I quite enjoy browsing to see what innovative videos people make in 6 seconds.

Sometimes though I wish the video I made had no sound as I purely mean it to be visual.

When I see people embed videos into websites ; the sound doesn't play.

Am I missing something.. How do they turn sound off?

Or if I embed videos in my site does it automatically not play the sound like it would in vine?

Help would be cool.

AFIK, I believe the sound is off by default on their embed code, or when you view vine via web from shares on Facebook. Not sure why this is, but I have yet to see one with sound turned on by default.
