Vintage/retro feel to videos?

I'm looking for a way to make my videos look kind of vintage/retro or whatever this type of editing is called(http://youtu.be/z17bnKZS7I8). I'm currently using Premiere Pro and I would like some sorta preset/filter to do this. I thought I had found a guide for Premiere finally but turns out the preset it suggested was for windows...

any help is appreciated a lot.

magic bullet - looks

not cheap but well worth it

Yeah, Magic Bullet looks would probably have a suitable preset. You should also look into adding some lens flares, light leaks and slow doing your footage. Most of that video is in slow motion and that helps give it an etherial/nostalgic feeling.
