iPhone VIP Removed from iPhone, not from Mac

I tested out VIP but decided I didn't need it. I removed it from my iPhone mailbox which it's no longer there but it's still in my Mac Mail app (Mountain Lion). I don't see an option to remove it but I also want to be careful and not delete all the emails in the VIP which are actually located also in another folder.
