So when I try to go on any viewing website such as iplayer / 4od / netflix, my browser (whether it is firefox or safari) reroutes me to this page: https://www.viperdns.com/error.html . I am not that computer savvy and have no idea what this means or where to begin in fixing this problem - I've perused Google to little avail so any help at all would be hugely appreciated!
