I have a feeling that this question has been asked already - but help please!
I switched to Virgin media 2 months ago and they installed a non-wireless modem which wasn't the deal. I was supplied a router - a Netgear WGR614, but was told this is non Mac compatible.
So the question is, how do I turn my iMac back to having wireless internet through Virgin media? What hardware do I need????
Thanks

I'm on Virginmedia XL package, I've got a Virgin Cable modem and a netgear WGR614v connected to it, I've had no problems connecting either my mac or PC's to it. (It's a few years old now v6 if I remember correctly so maybe firmware is now an issue).
