Virgin Mobile iPhone 5

I am going to travel to london for a month and i just got a new iphone 5 from virgin mobile but its not activated yet will they still unlock it so i can buy a prepaid sim card in london?

Virgin Mobile iPhone 5 should be sim unlocked for overseas usage.

It's a sprint phone basicly, so you'll have to ask them to unlock
