My brother is using my old Power Mac G4 with Mac OS X 4.11 (Tiger). For Internet access he uses a Virgin Mobile USB Modem.
Each time he wants to get online he is unable to connect and must re-install the USB modem's application software, only then is he able to connect.
Virgin's support people are saying it is an issue with how the Mac works with the modem as they report the 3G signal strength is fine.
Anybody have a fix for this problem?
