Carrier Virtual Esim (tmobile)

I Called tmobile to ask them to switch me to the esim option and the rep said i couldn't. What gives? I have heard of people doing this with Tmobile and yet i can't?

Anyone do this yet or try to ?

I had to go into a store. It took longer than usual and the store manager had to step in and call corporate.

Looks like T-Mobile’s a bit flat footed, but we’ve been customers for years and aside from this e-sim business they’ve been great.
