Virtual Voicemail settings?

Hey guys, cant seem to find this?... When doing the carrier change with the new settings everything works but my voicemail, i cant seem to find the settings to change it from WAP.CINGULAR all i have for settings is the data connection and MMS? there is no selection for Virtual Voicemail im using windows... does anyone know how to get that to appear with the MMS and Data Conections settings?
