I'm trying to configure a Virtualbox machine that will boot from a physical partition, and not just a virtual image. I want to be able when in Windows of my bootcamp mac, be able to load my OSX partition in a Virtualbox machine. Please before you start to try and kindly point me towards a EULA and SLA, It's for one a mac with a single install of Apple software on it, just merely booting from that same physical partition in a virtual state, not a second copy of the OS. Secondly I will be using in this case 10.6.x Server as well.

VirtualBox always functions faster and more reliably using a virtual HDD. To get your physical HDD to virtual, use mark russonovich's P2v converter available at microsoft technet.
