Hit up the MRoogle link in the signature and search out ClamXAV and iAntivirus or virus. You'll see the dozens of threads on this topic. I run ClamXAV personally.

ClamXAV detects only Windows threats.

iAntiVirus detects only Windows threats.

Both are free.
