Visa card refund?

I just returned my MacBook Pro using my visa card.
Im kinda concerned because the person who processed the refund said he would email me the recipt but i never got any receipt.. Plus he didnt even ask me to type in my PIN.

When you use visa card to get a refund, is it normal not to type in your PIN?

Call the store where you made the return and check.

I bought a rMini for my wife, from the online Apple store, with a credit card. She wanted to keep her iPad 4. When I returned the rMini the guy told me the same thing: I'd be getting an email about the return. I got it later that day and the credit hit my CC the day after (perhaps 2 days after). I was a little nervous because I left the store without a receipt showing that I had in fact returned the device. However, it all worked out.
