My 4s was echoing to me sometimes and mostly to whoever I was talking to. Got tired of it and went in for a replacement. They gave me a new phone and I am restoring as we speak. Interesting nugget that the Genius Bar guy told me that an update is coming to address the software issues leading to the battery inconsistencies. Good to hear that they are on it. ( :

With all respect, it's now common knowledge that 5.0.1 is already seeded to developers, with it's primary purpose being to address battery problems.

Yeah, I'm running 5.0.1b2 on my 4S and it definitely seems to have improved battery life considerably.
