I have a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate installed on my Mac. I installed VMware fusion so I could use that installation as a virtual machine while stil having it as a boot camp partition. However, after I set up VMware to be able to start up the boot camp partition as a virtual machine, whenever I try to boot up Vista from boot camp, it is extremely slow in starting up. Once I enter my password, it hangs at the login screen for awhile, then at a plain black screen for longer before showing my desktop and playing the login music. I didn't experience these issues before installing VMware. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I'm running a Unibody 13" MacBook with a 2.4GHz processor and 4GB of RAM, if that helps.

Thanks!

EDIT: I tried removing the shared folders, and it completely fixed the problem. I didn't really use them anyway, so it's all good.
