vista: extended (journaled) not working

I cannot get this to work for my life. Boot camp is asking that I change the disk to an OS X extended (Journaled). However, whenever I go to disk utilities the options are all grayed out. I am attempting to run Vista.

If your trying to install Vista, then you need to format the Bootcamp partition to NTFS. You should be able to do that once you boot up from your Vista DVD and then you are able to format the partition.
