Visual voice mail not working after tethering hack, I can't find a fix

So I installed a file called "AT&T_ipc" something like that, and I ran command to switch carrier things. All this was done in a windows Xp. Now, I don't have visual voice mail. Tethering and "mms" options are enabled. I don't care for neither of them now. I just want visual voicemail. I tryed reseting networks, deleting the file from the computer, and nothing has fixed it.
Help please
