visual voicemail after software restore

I did a software restore to see if that would Dix my volume trouble. Anyway, now it says my voicemail isn't setup even though it shows my voocemails I had before restore. How do I reactivate it?

I had this same issue. I called Apple and they transferred me to att. They said they removed my plan and then added it back. After they did this, it prompted me to set up my visual voicemail again.
