Visual Voicemail "bug"?

I have an iPhone 5 running IOS 7 beta 5. My issue is after I listen to a voice mail message in visual voicemail I cannot scroll up or down a page through my list of voice mails. The only way I found to fix this is to go into my running app list and close the program. That will allow me to scroll up or down until I listen to another message. Has anyone else encountered this problem or is it just my phone? Everything else is working fine.
