Hmmm... Lost your VVM after upgrading or some other reason?
I went round and round with this one... Until I talked to a GENIUS at AT&T (Johny) and he told me to do the following:
Settings
General
Profile
Remove profile
Then go back to general and select Reset, Reset Network Settings.
THEN go to voicemail and setup (if requested).
DONE!!!!
