iPhone X Visual Voicemail Not Working - Verizon iPhone X

Hi All,

For weeks and weeks my visual voicemail on my iphone X isn't working. When I hit play nothing happens. I've called Verizon and they can't seem to figure it out. Is anyone else having this issue?

I’ve had ongoing VVM issues with my Verizon X. Usually a long delay between hitting play and it actually starting. But honestly, I’ve never really been really impressed with their visual voicemail since the transcription was introduced. It just isn’t smooth and never has been. At least in my experience.
