For some reason whenever someone calls me they are greeted with the message instead of my greeting.

"Thank you for calling at&t. We need more information. Please enter the 10 digit phone number of the person you are trying to reach?"

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with at&t's network rather than your phone. I would give at&t a quick call and see what they can dig up.

any solution to this? i am having the same problem...

I got it corrected after about 10 mins on the phone with AT&T. It was pretty painless as the engineer said it happens often. Something to do with the mapping of your number to the proper mailbox. Good luck.

i looked it up and many people were saying how it was due to having my old sim card in there, etc... just called ATT and after 15 mins the guy fixed it
