I had this problem with a few XviD files. Used MPEG Streamclip to convert it or just QuickTime Pro to save it as a .Mov then use that in VisualHub.

The problem is that torrents with LOL in the title have apparently been encoded with a slightly odd format of divx (can't remember if it was the frame rate or what, but nevertheless...).

Kilamite's right - you need an intermediary conversion step first that standardizes this. I use FFMpeg - convert it from the odd .avi to a standard .avi, then drag the result into visualhub and everything converts perfectly.

There was another thread about two weeks ago on the same topic with others that had the same problem, so you're not alone. :)

Just a shame Tyler couldn't have done just one last update to VisualHub.... :(

I think that was my thread lol:D I just stopped using VisualHub and started with iSqunt again but i might do it this way. Thanks guys

FYI: The new version (0.9.3) of Handbrake can now encode more than just DVD's. I was able to encode LOL video files just fine with the new Handbrake.
