Visualhub converting MOV to MP4 giving me Audio error

Hello everyone,

I am trying to convert some PHP videos I got from work and I want to put them on my ipod and cannot get it to work. I tried converting it others formats, tried other programs and used a windows (gave up).

I am including the log that I get from Visual Hub hoping someone can enlighten me
