VLC and .wmv files...

i heard that VLC works really well so i downloaded it, but my .wmv files don't work with it. is there any plug-ins i can download so i can use my VLC for all video files?

for vlc the .wma playback i think only orks with those that are encoded with media player 9 and down. for the newer v. 10 stuff i think you're outta luck

Actually, VLC can play WMV files. It can play WMV2 and WMV formats, but it cannot play wmv3 format. You can download media player for mac if you really want to play those.
