VLC subtitles lag, late, after, delay

Hey all,
my subs are falling behind almost 2 secs. is there anything i can do about it?
i looked around preferences and couldnt figure it out. i asume there must be an option.

You can time-shift subtitles very easily with Jubler [subs are displayed here again, don't know why they didn't].

its here for all to see who have the same isue.
Jubler is a subtitle editor.

i wonder still though if there is an option withn vlc.

ok, the vlc forums came through again. awesome.
so i found out there is a hotkey for it. two actualy.
j and h.
go to preferences and at the bottom it will say hotkeys and there is a list of all of them. you have to check the box though that says advanced to get the advanced features to see the hole list.
