Whenever i'm playing a video to my mac from my AEBS disk it skips like every 10 seconds, i've got feeling its the network connection as i can see the network connection zeros shortly whenever it lags.
All the videos play fine when their on my internal drive.
so i'm thinking I could change some settings in VLC to make it buff a larger chunk so it could "survive" the transmit drop, but i cant make it work.

anyone have some tips and tricks i could try to make it work, preferably without loosing quality.

edit: oh and i know its not the computer, its a brand new 17" i7 MBP
